Robert “Bob” Smith has been litigating cases in California and Nevada for the past eighteen years. He spent 15 years representing hospitals and medical providers before turning his attention to litigating cases against automobile manufacturers. Bob has taken more than twenty cases to trial in his eighteen years of practice. He concentrates on cases involving automobile defects and personal injuries resulting from the negligence of others. 

Bob graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BA in History and a Minor in Government. He then earned a graduate degree in education and spent nine years working as a middle history teacher, athletic director and basketball coach. While teaching fulltime, Bob attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge of Law at night. He graduated with Honors, from McGeorge, then took and passed the bar exams in both California and Nevada. He also admitted in the United States Court, Eastern District of California and United States Court, Colorado. 

When Bob is not work for his clients he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and children. He also enjoys playing tennis, Stand-up paddle boarding and reading.
