Brian Petri, J.D.

DIRECTOR OF LITIGATION

Brian Petri was inspired to pursue the practice of law from an early age by the desire to stand up for the defenseless. Petri graduated from Washington State University in 2012 with a Bacherlor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. Furthermore, in 2015 he earned his Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, graduating with academic and Pro Bono honors awards. In the process of earning his Juris Doctor, Petri interned with a number of firms and had the opportunity to learn from some of the brightest rising stars in the field

Petri has a wealth of experience in the legal industry in a variety of disciplines, including insurance subrogation, civil personal injury, property foreclosure, family law, criminal defense, and business litigation. Prior to joining MLG, Petri spent multiple years working as the senior paralegal for the staff counsel of a national auto-insurance carrier, aiding to oversee all California-based cases for the company. This variety of legal experience has helped to instill a drive to provide nothing short of excellence in every situation.

In addition to his professional interests, Petri enjoys reading, hiking, puzzles, comedy and spending time with family and two Australian Shepherds, Bailey and Boomer
