Darci Stumph, A.C.T.A.R. # 1814

CRASH RECONSTRUCTIONIST

As MLG’s Crash Reconstructionist, Darci is responsible for determining the causes of crashes through in-depth analysis of evidence gathered from documents, surveys, photographs and videos, vehicle damage, profiles, and more.  Darci spent 24 years in the private sector as a first responder and has experience investigating thousands of vehicle, motorcycle, bicyclist, and pedestrian crashes.  Darci has been recognized as an expert in the State of California in both criminal and civil court on several occasions. 

Darci began her career working for one of the largest Law Enforcement agencies in the nation.  She was a Field Training Officer and member of the agency’s Major Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR) and is a certified Crash Data Retrieval Technician and Diagnostic Technician, and a licensed Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) pilot.  

Darci is also an instructor for a local college where she teaches new Traffic Investigators the basics of Collision Investigation. 

Darci enjoys backpacking and ice hockey, but her favorite thing to do in her free time is spending the day at Disneyland with her daughter Brianna.  She also enjoys all things Star Wars and Marvel.
