Executive Assistant

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, Julie McManus is tasked with providing the Principal with high-level administrative support. She possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in process optimization, organization, and enhancing communication and efficiency.

Her professional background includes over 15 years of diverse experience providing right-hand support to company leaders including operations management, project management, coaching, human resources, and business development.

Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Faith International University. Additionally, Julie is a Pennsylvania Army National Guard veteran.

Julie actively participates in her community, devoting a substantial portion of her leisure time to coaching people in emotional health. Julie is passionate about helping people grow in emotional intelligence, self-compassion, and empowerment. Julie’s non-work hobbies include baking, OTF, paddleboarding, design, hiking, creativity, growing her plant collection, and spending time at the beach.
