Rachael Halpert

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Rachael Halpert currently serves as Director of Business Development for MLG Attorneys at Law. She is responsible for organizing MLG-University programs, conferences, networking engagements and office initiatives. Additionally, Rachael is responsible for the efficient operation of the Supreme Court Justice Carlos R. Moreno Courtroom, MLG’s state-of-the–art mock courtroom. This entails coordinating mock trials, focus groups, jury consulting and external bookings.

Rachael began her career as an executive assistant working on live events in New York City. Working with a handful of powerful women who offered her valuable mentorship, Rachael began managing high-profile events and bands, collaborating with Live Nation, VaynerMedia, CID Entertainment and other industry leaders. Rachael also spent two years working with Spartan Race, the world’s leading endurance sports and extreme wellness company, where she worked hand in hand with the Chief Marketing Officer on a variety of large-scale projects including the Spartan World Championship in Abu Dhabi. 

Rachael is passionate about helping people find joy in their lives and dedicates herself to this passion both personally and professionally. She has spent time volunteering at multiple homeless shelters in New York, has organized team events to help give back to her community, and is a licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). In her personal time, Rachael is an avid writer and has documented the last 10 years of her life in detail. She enjoys going to concerts, traveling to visit her family and friends, practicing yoga and spending time outdoors.
