DIRECTOR OF HR

Robert Ruiz is the Director of Human Resources and has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resource Management, spanning all seven pillars of HR specializing in recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits and succession planning.  Robert has gained his experience by working in diverse industries from Education, Engineering, Tax, Social Media and others.

As a Veteran of 20 plus years in the United States Army Robert brings a unique leadership view working with diverse groups and is an expert in developing extremely functional teams.

Robert holds a master’s degree in education and describes himself as a lifelong learner, with various certifications in fields such as Paralegal and Human Resources.

During his off-time Robert enjoys spending time with his children on various activities such as attending sports activities.
