Rodney Beard, B.A.

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Rodney Beard, as the Vice President of Operations, plays a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day business operations.

With over 15 years of experience in the legal industry, Rodney brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to his role as Vice President of Operations at MLG.

He has a keen ability to streamline processes, optimize resources, and enhance overall efficiency.

Prior to joining MLG, Rodney managed the daily operations of the Office of the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Aerospace Corporation. He also worked in the Litigation Department of Greenberg, Glusker, Fields, Claman and Machtinger where he supported many large trials including the acquisition of a sports team for $2 billion dollars.

Throughout his career, Rodney has developed innovative strategies using visual and audio aids to turn complex concepts into easily understood illustrations for juries. He combines his expertise in leadership and management, with his knowledge of trial and case management, to develop standard operating procedures and best practices to drive operational excellence.

Rodney is an avid reader, and traveler. He spends his free time volunteering for JFLA, and working also as a Mentorship Program Volunteer with the Fulfillment Fund, which aims to make college a reality for students growing up in educationally and economically under-resourced communities.
