Tez has forty years’ experience as a legal professional, focusing on civil litigation, real estate litigation, employment law, business law, bankruptcy, family law, aviation law, unlawful detainer, immigration, insurance defense, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, case management, contract administration, liability claims, and mediation/arbitration.

Tez has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Chapman University. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She taught Paralegal Studies courses for more than five years. She is a Licensed Notary Public in California, and a Certified Wedding and Events Consultant. Tez holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license and is recognized by the local board, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

Tez is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of California Santa Barbara Professional and Continuing Education (PaCE), Women in Leadership program.

Outside her professional career, an important aspect of her life is family — her husband and four sons. Tez enjoys dancing, reading, bowling, and spending time with her family and friends.
